Cam degreeing and methanol

I have a 2005 Honda TRX450R. It has 485 big bore, stage 3 hot cams, HST full exhaust FCI intake.
I was wondering if anybody had any specs on what I should degree my cams too.
Ones that make for a better power curve. Also what is a good methanol carb to go with and does anybody make a jet chart for what it should be jetted to run methanol.
